Flirty Fit and Flare Dress

Summer dresses are out in full force, because it’s summer. WooHoo! Fun and flirty, I’m happy to wear one!

I know you’re thinking, “the denim lady likes dresses”? Yes, I’ll trade my denim in for a light weight dress in warmer weather.

I love a dress, because I feel feminine, girly and really sexy wearing one.

There are so many styles to pick from, but one of my favorites is the “Fit and Flare”.

I think this particular style works great for all body types.

For the curvy girls (like myself), it is fitted from my shoulders to my waist, then flares from the waist down giving me plenty of room though my hips and thighs.

This dress also works for a straight body type because of its design. This dress gives the illusion that you have a waistline. Also if it ties at the waist, (like this one) it draws the eye in. The fuller skirt gives the appearance of a hourglass shape.

This dress is loose and airy to wear and so good for the warm humid months of summer. I think it’s a lot more comfortable than wearing shorts too.
