These days, I’ve got vacation on my mind, specifically someplace warm and sunny. After all, the weather hasn’t been great here in Georgia. As a matter of fact, I’ve been thinking of a reason to escape! Spring break is the perfect excuse for a seasonal vacation. This year, my husband and I are going to the beach with our son and grandkids. Nothing brings me more joy than traveling and making memories with my family and friends. Similarly, a lot of you are going on beach vacations too and getting ready for spring break. By all means, trying to figure out what to wear for a spring trip can be a little tricky. Nevertheless, if you’re ready to live life to the fullest while wearing the latest fashion trends, keep reading for inspiration–because I’m sharing my favorite spring outfits to wear on vacation!
Whether you’re planning on catching rays at the beach, visiting a tropical island, cruising with friends, or exploring a new city with your girlfriends, now is the time to start preparing and packing some fun, flirtatious looks. I’ve always found packing for a sun-drenched spring break to be…easy and FUN! But for some, it feels tedious and impossible when you don’t know what you are going to want to wear while you’re away.
Luggage
First and foremost, you can’t pack without having something to pack into. You will need to make sure you have the best luggage to pack everything inside! Given these points, I recommend investing in quality luggage pieces that will last you a while- especially if you travel a lot. Try finding pieces that maximize space and allow you to get the most out of packing.
Once you have your luggage, it’s time to address the dreaded question of what to pack! I am notoriously known for over-packing in my family; however, I have become a better packer over the years. All things considered, I will be the first to tell you that it is all too easy to either not bring enough options or accidentally bring your entire wardrobe.
Plan Day by Day
The first step in planning your travel outfits is to think about your trip one day at a time. What activities will you and the family be doing? Will you be celebrating any special occasions? Lastly, will you be wearing some outfits for an entire day, or do you plan on changing your look for different parts of the day? All in all, these are important questions I always think about as I’m putting my outfits together.
Not exactly sure what your days will look like? Don’t you worry at all! As a matter of fact, I’ve you covered on what you’re going to wear. Simply keep reading for spring break vacation outfit inspiration and be sure to follow me on Instagram and LTK for more looks!
