My love for a comfy pair of matching PJs has always run deep. For me, there is no greater pleasure than coming home and slipping into soft, pretty pajamas. This time of year, my drawers are over-flowing with my favorite pajama brands. And honestly, I might have a PJ problem?? But there’s nothing wrong with that, right?!

I’ve never been one for holiday pajamas per se, but I do love a pair of pajamas that can be worn year-round. Anthropologie
First up in my PJ arsenal are the Cally Conway Pajamas from Anthropologie. Anthropologie has always had unique Pajamas from artist each holiday season and this year is no exception. Cally’s linocut prints of nature are beautiful and intricate. The print is so fun, and this flannel PJ set is made from cotton – making these pajamas as comfy as they are cute.
It doesn’t matter what style or pattern pajamas that I pick, the materials are what matters to me for a good night’s sleep. As a matter of fact, the pajamas I wear the most are usually made of soft, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen. Did you know it is best to sleep in cotton? This is because it keeps you cool. I recommend staying away from things like Polyester when you sleep because they tend to trap moisture and heat.

Lake Pajamas
Had I not been fortunate enough to receive the Lake Pajamas Pima Long-Long set as a gift, I would have 100% purchased it myself. Lake Pajamas are a timeless classic. All of their designs and prints are muted colors that work for every season. Made from 100% Pima cotton, they’re also super soft and ridiculously comfortable. Slipping into these is a real treat at night. After all, who doesn’t want to sleep in the softest set of pajamas?
I’m wearing their Pima Long-Long Set in Hydrangea, their best-selling purply-blue. Lake Pajamas are based here in Atlanta. I must admit, they are a bit of an investment, but the 100% Pima cotton is worth the hype! I absolutely love how the fabric feels thick without being heavy—the type that you can tell is going to hold up well for several years. If you’re worried about the cost, they typically have sales around late summer, and November/December.
With the winter months just around the corner, now’s the best time to check them out for yourself.
Soma
Soma has a pajama/nightwear that’s called Cool Nights Sleep Wear. The fabric stays cold to the touch no matter the weather and is very soft and comfortable.
