With the New Year literally right around the corner, it’s a wonderful time to shop, especially in the area of beauty and cosmetics. So to say I get a little excited when Fall and Winter/Holidays come would be an understatement! When Tarte came out with their Tartelette Amazonian clay matte palette, I knew it would be great one to have. This palette has 12 exclusive matte shadows that are a mix of shades you can use as a liner as well as colors for your crease and lid. These shadows wear so well and can easily take you from a casual, day look to evening look with a few brush strokes.
One thing I’ve found…. As my skin has matured, frost, shimmer or iridescent have a tendency to highlight and settle in those lovely laugh or smile lines around my eyes, so using matte shadows has a much more youthful look.
