Am I the only one who feels empowered when I wear leather? Whether it’s a skirt, jacket, dress, or pants, the minute I put it on, I feel like I could conquer the world. And that’s no exception with this beautiful blue Vince leather dress.
I lucked into this beauty at my local TJ Maxx at a ridiculously low price due to someone’s negligence and a small cut in the leather. Normally $400, the dress cost me only $59! With just a little patchwork done at home, and you’d be hard pressed to find the spot.
I love mix-matching textures–the animal print pumps by Halogen contrasted with the soft, luxurious leather of the dress. I accessorized with a metal necklace that I thrifted from Buffalo Exchange in Atlanta. I also paired the look with a brilliant red clutch/wallet by Will Leather Goods for a pop of color.
