White booties are for spring, and here’s how I wore them.
I grabbed my favorite pair of denim from Loft. They are these Destructed Slim Pocket Skinny denim. I’ll tell you that one of the great things about these jeans is they come in a modern fit and a curvy fit. They also have just the right amount of stretch to make it easy and comfortable to sit, bend and move. I got this pair during Christmas, and they are still in stock. I also like the wash, because its not too dark. It’s the perfect year round color as far as I’m concerned. The destructed areas aren’t massive either for those of you who aren’t sure about wearing denim with holes in them.
This long sleeve top is a bit different with the knit through the middle, which is soft like a tee but with these cute tied sleeves detail. I like that it’s a step up from a long sleeve t-shirt and can be worn more casual like I’m wearing it here or dressed up with a pair of linen trouser or Khaki twill for a business casual look. The colors were bright and spring-like, even if the weather wasn’t going to be.
The belt is elastic and a bronze color. It worked well with the bright orange in the floral pattern of the sleeves.
My booties were the last thing I put on as I walked out the door to head to Greenville, South Carolina for the day.
And you can see from all of these pictures how much I enjoyed my trip!
