Nothing stirs your emotions or feelings more then an old song or movie. All it takes is a couple of notes from a song or a clip from a movie to take you back. For me, Pretty In Pink is a movie that takes me back. This movie set a tone and really captured the feel of the 1980’s. That movie was the perfect combination of music and fashion for that time. With a great cast, Molly Ringwald, Jon Cryer, James Spader, Andrew McCarthy, Annie Potts and Harry Dean Stanton, the movie became a cult favorite. The film’s soundtrack has been rated as one of the best in modern cinema.
Pretty In Pink is my inspiration for today’s outfit! I’ve always been a fan of pink, so here’s my 2016 spin on a cult classic.
