Prep Time

Hi to all! I’m still in awe that the first week of November is over…….time is dashing by so quickly! I’ve been thinking about trying to get my brain around the menu for our Thanksgiving. Since my parents have been here in Georgia, (the last 11 years) my mother has always had Thanksgiving at her house. This year,to make it easier for my parents, we’ll be hosting Thanksgiving at our house. I guess that means I have to clean…..yikes! The more I think about it I think I’m going to stick to the classics that we had as the kids were growing up. That way I’m sure everyone will be happy.
Well, speaking of classics, here is a lovely outfit from Lilla P. This open jacket is a very soft lightweight knit, along with the camisole and wide leg pant. I’m off to run some errands and grocery shop in this lovely ensemble, but this outfit would also work well for the office, lunch date and even for travel. These are all great pieces to mix and match with your existing wardrobe.
So, I think I’ll pick up what I need to make a delicious relish plate for the holidays. I can a least get one thing marked off my list for Thanksgiving!
