For many years during the holidays we would travel to see family and friends. At that time we had 4 small children and looked forward to the time with everyone, but I dreaded preparing to go. By the time I got myself packed, I was over the packing process. It was always an ordeal to figure what to pack that would be easy to pull out of my suitcase and put on with little to no maintenance. This is when I made all kinds of mistakes. It took a few mishaps to figure out what would end up being my go-to pieces, but I think I have finally figured it out. This knit sheath dress is one of those pieces. This berry-colored dress (I also have this dress in black) traveled with me early in the fall where I paired it with these gray floral kimono and gray suede booties. I also wore it just the other day with a gray turtle neck, gray tights, black booties and a black bomber jacket. If you happen to have to travel for business, then you need a dress like this. The way I like to wear it for work is to wear a white blouse, camel blazer and nude pumps. A knit dress is easy to pack and versatile, which makes it perfect for this time of year. You know travel shouldn’t be a hassle!
