As 2021 is coming to an end I want to take the opportunity to thank Hair Biology (+ The Silver & Glowing Shampoo and Conditioner) for keeping my hair in beautiful shape this year. Plus, I’ve been using a bit of the Thickening Treatment at my roots to help give my hair a little more volume.
I started 2021 with optimism and a positive attitude. I was ready to take my life back and do some of the things that we loved to do, like getting together with friends, attending weddings, and traveling.
My husband, Matt, and I were able to travel to the beach in the panhandle with part of our family. It was so sweet to see the grandkids playing in the sand. I was also able to travel with a dear friend to her beach home and enjoy a day hanging out at the beach. I haven’t taken a lot of trips by myself, so this was pretty cool for me.
We had 4 weddings to attend which is something we hadn’t been able to do in 2020. One was here in town at the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek. We went to another in Macon, Georgia, and the last 2 were out of town, in Nashville, Tennessee, + Birmingham, Alabama.
These weddings were so special to us. It seemed so magical to visit with lifelong friends as we celebrated these special couples. It energized me and warmed our hearts this year.
As I look forward to 2022, my hope and prayers are to have more time with friends. I want to be able to travel more with my family, as well as by myself. We have one wedding on the calendar for March in Charleston, South Carolina.
I can also say having silver hair has not been something I’ve always been proud of. When I started graying at a very young age, it was a hard pill to swallow. That has all changed in the last 7 years. Now that I have silver hair, I love having the hair color I have. Taking care of this mane is a priority for me! I’m so glad that I have Hair Biology with me as we head into 2022 to help me maintain this head full of hair.
